Web Programming Service

This service is designed to work with specific Aastra 390 and 480 phones only. Do not use this service with other screen phones. It may cause the units to not function properly. If you own a model 390 or 480 phone, please check the following items to make sure it's compatible.

Look for the TE sticker

The phone should have a sticker on the back above the bar code starting with the letters TES, TER or TEV and followed by a 5 digit number. If the phone doesn't have this sticker, it is not compatible with this service.

Press the Services Key

When you press the services key, you should see programming in 2 slots of the phone. If all 4 slots say <available> or <available SL> then it is not programmed. If this is the case, please call (469) 365-3203 to download programming into your phone.

Aastra screen phones purchased from authorized sources are programmable through this service.

What is a TE code?

The TE indicates which phone system screen phone was programmed for originally. Here are some examples:
